Standing at 1,225 meters above sea level, Mount Oblík (historically Steiningberg) rises majestically above the peat meadows of Kvilda. Its rocky summit rewards hikers with an unmatched 360-degree panoramic vista of surrounding landmarks including the Poledník lookout tower, Kašperk Castle ruins, Boubín primeval forest, Mount Luzný, and on crisp days, the snow-capped Austrian Alps.
