Located 2.5 km from Srní along the blue hiking trail, the chapel was built in 1820 above the timber floating canal following miraculous visions and healing spring discoveries. After being demolished during the totalitarian era, the sacred site was reverently restored in 2006 with glass art installations. Visitors can taste the crystal-clear healing water and hike the picturesque Kostelní vrch educational loop (5 km).
